Big Utilization Management Reform Wins in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts

The lesson is clear: Big legislative achievements can take place when both major parties are working together. Congress is no exception. It is true that the parties may be as far apart on some issues as they have ever been. But it is equally true that, away from the hot glow of cable news cameras and the despair of social media, there are still important policy areas where they can work together to impact the lives of everyday Americans. Hope springs eternal, even in the frostiest of political environments.
