RheumPAC Fundraising Update: Q2

From the College  |  July 7, 2025

No matter their political affiliation, legislators and their staff members need to know about the important issues facing rheumatologists and rheumatology professionals, as well as their patients with rheumatic disease. That’s where RheumPAC, the ACR’s nonpartisan political action committee, comes in. Supporting RheumPAC is an investment in both the future of rheumatology and an investment toward building a Congress that supports the needs of the rheumatology community. To learn how RheumPAC supports you and your patients, check out this video.

As of the close of the second quarter of CY2025, RheumPAC has raised $51,865 from 141 ACR members. That means 141 of your colleagues have made an average contribution of $250 this year. We hope you will consider contributing to RheumPAC today and help us grow the number of ACR/ARP members participating in RheumPAC.

Through advocacy, the ACR advances rheumatology and fosters excellence in the care of people with, or at risk for, arthritis and rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. One might say that advocacy is a cornerstone of this organization.
