2019 MIPS Reporting with the RISE Registry

The Rheumatology Informatics System for Effectiveness (RISE) 2019 MIPS submission tool will open in mid-January. RISE staff are in the process of completing final data refreshes and reviews to ensure data accuracy. The ACR will notify all practices as soon as the submission tool is open. Practices are requested to complete their submission by March 15, 2020. You can review your data in the dashboard at any time.

  1. Make sure your providers, National Provider Identifiers (NPIs), and Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs) are entered accurately;
  2. If you would like to submit your 2019 MIPS data to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) during a conference call, reach out to RISE@rheumatology.org or to your FIGmd account manager with several preferred dates and times between now and March 15; and
  3. If you have measures in Practice Review status, review your performance and indicate to FIGmd whether any updates are needed. Only measures in operational status can be submitted for MIPS. Requests for updates must be submitted no later than Friday, Jan. 17, 2020.

As a reminder, all providers must manually enter the promoting interoperability and improvement activities into the dashboard. You should also review your data for accuracy and completeness. If you find any inaccuracies, contact acrcams@figmd.com immediately.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 3:30 p.m. EST
  • Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 12 p.m. EST
