Mary Beth Nierengarten  |  October 19, 2020

He will cover a range of topics essential for establishing and implementing a strong compliance program, including risk assessment, policies and procedures, training and communication, confidential reporting structure and investigation process, third-party management, and mergers and acquisitions. He will also address how to ensure a compliance program is sufficiently resourced to function properly.

Mr. Weiss says he hopes attendees will learn to avoid bad information and sidestep potential landmines by fully understanding the changes to the E/M codes and compliance issues.
