    1. In the alpha section, start at rheumatoid arthritis. This directs you to systemic onset, which directs you to the tabular section for code M08.29.
    2. In the alpha section, start in the arthritis section. This directs you to juvenile. This directs you to with systemic onset—see Still’s disease. This directs you to Still’s disease or syndrome (juvenile) (M08.20). Then you need to go to the tabular section of M08.20 to find the code for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis with systemic onset, multiple sites (M08.29).
