In honor of the occasion, the Rheumatology Research Foundation is launching #RheumLife, a social media campaign to bring awareness to the severity of rheumatic disease.

Through Twitter and Facebook, the Foundation will use #RheumLife to create a window into the lives of patients and their families as they share what it’s like to live with a rheumatic disease. The goal is to increase awareness and understanding of the impact these diseases have on people’s ability to accomplish everyday tasks that most take for granted.
