Join the ACR as rheumatologists from across the country gather in Snowmass, Colo., for six days of exceptional educational content and opportunities to interact with peers and expert faculty at the ACR’s Winter Rheumatology Symposium. Weinblatt, MD, chair of the Winter Rheumatology Symposium Planning Committee, says, “The 2012 Winter Rheumatology Symposium will provide attendees a well-rounded view of the latest advances in the field with sessions on clinical and basic science advances in rheumatology.” Highlighting this year’s symposium are lectures on osteoimmunology, mechanisms of cardiovascular damage in lupus, and several lectures on infections in patients with rheumatic diseases, including tuberculosis risk, prevention, and treatment.
