2017 ACR/ARHP Meeting to Highlight Global Educational Opportunities for Rheumatology Health Professionals

During the second part of the session, Mr. Chunara will discuss background on the global rheumatology workforce. His talk will address additional factors that demonstrate the need for high-quality educational endeavors for allied health professionals in rheumatology. He will also provide an overview of in-person and e-learning opportunities in Canada, Europe and beyond, as well as discuss the evaluation results and real-world application or proof of concept where available.

Together, both speakers will address participants’ questions about access, costs and formats of these educational programs, as well as how they apply to the various healthcare disciplines and contribute to interprofessional models of care.
