RheumPAC Contributions Needed in 2017 to Educate Federal Policymakers about Rheumatology Concerns, Interests

2016 was an impactful year for ACR advocacy efforts. Last month we reviewed our advocacy accomplishments in 2016, accomplishments that benefited 100% of our members.

However, more than 95% of ACR and ARHP members had not invested in RheumPAC by the conclusion of the 2016 ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting.

Each year, many of the same dedicated rheumatology professionals invest in advocacy through RheumPAC. Their generous support allows us to facilitate the work of the College through the Government Affairs Committee (GAC), our advocacy team and the numerous ACR and ARHP members who dedicate personal time to working with our political leaders on the critical issues facing us and our patients.

Join them in 2017. Additional contributions to RheumPAC will lead to greater opportunities to educate policymakers on our concerns and interests. RheumPAC is the only federal political action committee working solely for rheumatologists, rheumatology health professionals and their patients.
