The American College of Rheumatology Workforce Study Group has been working diligently to develop the 2015 workforce study survey. Ten years have elapsed since the last workforce study, and much has changed since then. This study will help us understand the character and composition of the overall rheumatology workforce, identify demographic and employment trends, and inform workforce and succession planning for the ACR and ARHP.

Why should you participate?

  • The results will help you better understand how your practice compares to others’ in terms of compensation, retention, turnover, etc.
  • Help fine tune your workforce plans to enhance your recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Help the ACR/ARHP determine critical workforce issues facing rheumatology and develop recommendations for solutions needed to address those issues.
  • The survey ensures complete, detailed, and statistically valid results—the more participants, the more authoritative the study can be.

We recognize that everyone is busy these days, but we cannot do this without you. Your opinions and responses matter! Your participation is greatly appreciated and crucial to the success of this study.
