In their discussion the authors write, “We show the importance of the T and B cell axis with molecular profiling across RD-SG, RD-nonSG and RF, as well as features that distinguish these three diseases. Future work seeks to better understand the molecular mechanisms at relapse or recurrence following steroid reduction in these patients.”
